I Think that he thinks he's going to die. The destiny of the most horrible kind would probably refer to Frankenstein. And it hangs over him with guilt. because of his loved one lives that had been taken away.
hm...I think that he thinks that he's going to die. the "destiny of the most horrible kind"...I think that refers exactly to Frankenstein. & just like Cencera mentioned, it hangs him over with GUILT.
I think Victor is Going to die. I think the destiny of the most horrible kind refers to Frankenstein. I'm thinking what hangs over him is the guilt he has from creating Frankenstein.

I think Victor is going to die and the destiny of the most horrible kind most definitely refers to Frankenstein. There is a whole lot of guilt and pressure toward him creating Frankenstein and I think that thats what hangs him over.
A whole lot of pressure hangs him over because of what he created. Victor is going to die , and I think ''destiny of the most horrible kind'' does refer to Frankenstein. He's guilty about it .
Death will be he's unfortunate demise. A bunch of pressure "hangs over" him because his creation is forcing him to create another creature to either make his first creature happy or destroy mankind.
I think Victor will endup dieing. The destiny of the most horrible kind would refer to Frankenstein. The guilt of creating the monster in the first place will kill him inside.
To be honest, I don't think Victor could have anticipated what had happen. I mean, the monster is smart. So, Victor would have thought that the monster wouldn't kill Clearval because that would make Victor mad. And if the creature does that, then Victor would be furious. And the creature really wants another lover so he would want to be on Victor's better side.

From the way I see it, he might die, which may refer to Frankenstein. The loads of guilt weighs so much pressure on him.
